clicking the Logout Button, why do I
go to a blue and white Instant Web Publishing page? |
This
is the default screen, arriving to this screen indicates
that you have properly exit the database program. If
you want to go back to the database, click on the sixth
file on the Instant Web Publishing page -- the ASLIE
Library Listing file. Clicking here will take you back
to database. |

| Something
is not working- it will not let me search. What
should I do? |
If
you are having problems doing a search, there are two
common reasons. First you did not logout properly when
you last used the database, or you hit the return key
instead of the "Submit" key. To fix this problem, click
on the 'logout' button (which will do a correct exit).
When you get to the Instant Web Publishing page, click
on ASLIE Library Listing (sixth file down). This will
reopen the database and allow you to start a new search.
Note: if you use a search criteria and there are no records
that meet that criteria - nothing will happen. Try to
enter different criteria and hit the "Submit" button
again. |

can I let you know that I am having problems using the
database? |
For
now, please use the Request
Form.
At the bottom of the form is a comment box, please put
your question or issue in that box. Please let us know
different issues so we can get the bugs figured out and
help things work better. |

doing a serach, can I type information in the fields
and also click in the boxes at the same time? |
Yes,
but be aware that the more specific you get, the less
materials will meet all of the criteria. |
